Please note that "refraction test" refers to the test the dr performs to test what strength eyeglasses lens you need. Refractions are not covered by Medicare, although most eyetests themselves are since the eye exam is for the medical condition of the eyes, and refraction is for the eyeglasses.

Information regarding the refraction prescripton the dr writes out: O.D.or Occular Dexter is the right eye
means Right Eye -.50 sphere -.25 cylinder x(at axis)001 (1 degree)
means Left Eye -.50 sphere -.50 cylinder x(at axis)180 (180 degrees)
