READING A POST IN THE "DAILY DIGEST" The "Daily Digest" is when you receive the group email postings in groups of 10-25 postings in each email. "Individual" emails mean you get each posting board message as a separate email. When you get the postings as a "Daily Digest" there are a couple of things to keep in mind: REPLYING TO A POST IN THE "DAILY DIGEST": If you respond to a post in the "Daily Digest" PLEASE delete ALL the messages EXCEPT the one that you're replying to. If you don't do this your "reply" will show up in Yahoo (and the other members' emails) INCLUDING THE WHOLE DIGEST! This makes it VERY difficult for other members to read, since they have to scroll down through the whole digest to get to the next message in the digest they received!
READING A POST IN THE "DAILY DIGEST": Kathy,
I'm the one who suggested using the Page Down, so glad you find it helpful! I page down until I see the next message number, then I switch to the down arrow (NOT the mouse) to read that message; then back to Page Down to the next message, etc. Like you say, a LOT easier on the hand!
